Two variances, one special use permit on June agenda for Stanly Board of Adjustments

An evidentiary meeting for the Stanly County Board of Adjustments in June will include two variances and a special use permit, according to the meeting’s agenda.

The meeting will be 6:30 p.m. June 13 at the Gene McIntyre Meeting Room at Stanly Commons.

In the first case, Tony Ledbetter of TRL Family Properties, LLC, has requested a special use permit for a 33.04-acre parcel of land at 24076 St. Martin Road.

Another case comes on a request from Chris Lambert to build a single-family home within five feet of a side-yard property at Woodland Drive in Norwood.

The third case on the agenda is a request from Michael and Vicky Long for a variance on their single-family home. The variance is regarding the property being within five feet of a side-yard property line on 49190 Woodland Dr. in Norwood.
