Stanly Arts Guild will present 2023 Cups for the Cure Oct. 4-28 at 330-C N. Second St., Albemarle.

Entrants are asked to create and/or decorate a new bra to be auctioned off to the public to raise funds for the free mammogram program at the Stanly Health Foundation. October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

Bra take-in will 1-5 p.m. Sept. 29 and 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Sept. 30.

Bras will be on display in the front window from Oct. 4-8, then will be moved to locations in the store with bid sheets for the public to place bids through Oct. 27. All winning bidders will be notified so bras can be picked up Oct. 28.
