R. Ronald Swanner had been elected to the Board of Directors of Home Savings and Loan Association.
President and CEO Buck Hill said the election came at the annual stockholder’s meeting Monday night. Swanner, who had been affiliated with the Savings and Loan for seven years, would continue in his position as executive vice president with primary responsibilities in the association’s loan department.
He joined eight others who were elected to the board. They were C.B. Crook Jr., W.R. Dobbs, Carl M. Hill, Caldwell A. Holbrook, W.T. Huckabee Jr., G.M. Isenhour Jr., Arthur H. Rogers Jr. and E.F. Wilson Jr.
Hill was reelected president and chief executive officer and R.G. Richards Jr. was named vice president of Home Savings. He had joined the association in 1977 and was a loan officer.
