Color Us United president will speak at Republican Women meeting
Kenny Xu, president of Color Us United, will speak at a meeting hosted by the Republican Women of the Uwharries on Aug. 24 at The Old North State Club, 201 Old North State Club Lane, New London.
N.C. House Rep. Wayne Sasser and Republican primary candidate for N.C. lieutenant governor Hal Weatherman will also speak.
The dinner meeting will begin at 6:30 pm., with check-in at 6.
Xu is the author of two books, “An Inconvenient Minority” and “School of Woke.”

Uwharrie Point is a gated community, so one must have a valid driver’s license to enter.
