Kerri D. Efird Memorial Scholarship Bike Run ready to roar

The 22nd Kerri D. Efird Memorial Scholarship Bike Run will be April 24 at West Stanly High School.

Registration begins at 9 a.m., with kick stands up at 10 a.m. The ride will leave from West Stanly High, 306 E. Red Cross Road, with an escort to Cox’s Harley Davidson in Asheboro.

All will ride and return together.

Barbecue, desserts and more will be available following the ride. DJ John Hall will play beach, blues and oldies.

COVID-19 precautions will be observed, organizers said.

Cost is a tax deductible donation, which supports the only fundraiser for the scholarship fund.
