A portion of Kingsley Drive will be closed from Mabry Drive to City Lake Drive due to sewer main construction, according to the City of Albemarle. A detour route will be in place to guide travelers.
Local traffic to businesses and homes will be granted, but no through traffic from Poplin’s Grove to Kingsley Drive or vice versa will be permitted.
The road is scheduled to reopen March 18, weather permitting.
