The Kingville Alumni will celebrate its 44th year of existence July 7-9.

Tickets are on sale for the three-day reunion for $60 and will include:

• Friday’s indoor picnic at 6 p.m. with games and music by the house DJ;

• Saturday brunch at 9 a.m. with Charles Crump, a 1949 graduate, and continued activities;

• Saturday evening dinner dance with former basketball coach Frank Richardson, who will be the speaker;

• Sunday morning breakfast and worship with Spirit and Truth; and

• Sunday afternoon continued fellowship.

Each event is $25 if bought separately. All events will be at the E.E. Waddell Center.

There will be door prizes and a silent auction with bids beginning on Friday.

The alumni awarded five $1,000 scholarships last year and the scholarship committee will announce the winners for the 2023 year at the reunion.

There are also new alumni T-shirts on sale for $15 and the book, “The History of Kingville School” will arrive from the publisher in time for the reunion.

The book will include information on the school as far back as 1921. Also included will be photos of graduating classes from 1950 to the last class in 1967 and the 1956 and 1957 annuals.
